TEXT CRAFTING TECHNIQUES
FOR BRAILLE SIGNS
3D PRINTED TEXT
The text is formed using 3D UV printing technology, where ink is built up layer by layer to create raised characters directly on the acrylic surface. It provides sharp details, excellent adhesion, and is cost-effective for various signage applications.
GLUED ACRYLIC LETTERS
Individual acrylic letters are laser-cut and then manually glued onto the sign surface. This method adds depth and a premium look to the signage, making it ideal for branding or areas that require a more refined appearance.
EMBOSSED STAMPING ON ACRYLIC
The characters are formed by stamping or pressing directly into the acrylic using a custom mold. This method offers a clean, integrated finish with excellent durability and tactile feedback, making it suitable for mass production.
